DublinHotels.co.uk ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
DublinHotels.co.uk is an independent hotel information website run by an Irish family from County Cavan, Ireland. For any privacy matter, contact us at admin@dublinhotels.co.uk.
We do not process payments, hold booking details or require accounts. Bookings made through partner sites (for example Booking.com) are governed by those partners' own privacy policies.
We use a consent-based cookie system. No non-essential cookies are set until you choose to accept them. Full details of each cookie, its purpose and duration are in our cookie policy.
Data may be processed by the following third parties on our behalf or through your interaction with the site: Google (analytics and advertising), our hosting provider, and affiliate networks (Amazon, Booking.com, CJ, Rakuten, eBay Partner Network) when you click their links. Some of these providers may transfer data outside the EEA/UK under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Cookie consent choices are stored for 12 months, after which we ask again.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@dublinhotels.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie); in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
